An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The book merely gives example after example.
It was good to hear Dr. Weil's commentary on the state of our health care and his suggestions on being more proactive on disease prevention.
Dr Weil does an amazing job of explaining the problems with our health system in the US and how to fix it. He makes it so clear it's hard to imagine anyone would disagree.
